Before you change anything

Two checks resolve most cases and cost nothing:

1. Confirm the file is called exactly prod.keys and not prod.keys.txt. Windows hides the real extension by default.
2. Confirm the emulator was fully restarted after the file was copied. Keys are read at startup.
